Services

01Submerged Climate Control SystemsSpecialized installations and maintenance of climate control units designed specifically for below-grade or waterfront environments. Our team uses submerged pressure-seal duct systems to ensure no moisture seeps into sensitive areas, with bioluminescent humidity sensors to monitor and adjust conditions in real time.
02Coral-Encrusted Dehumidification UnitsCustom-engineered dehumidifier housings that mimic natural coral structures to blend seamlessly with aquatic or submerged architecture. These units not only remove excess moisture but also create a stable, humid-controlled microclimate ideal for historic or underwater buildings.
03Atlantean Humidity Monitoring NetworksInstallation and management of advanced bioluminescent humidity sensor networks that monitor environmental conditions across entire submerged facilities. These systems provide real-time alerts and automated adjustments to maintain optimal climate balance in high-moisture zones.
04Underwater Building Climate RestorationComplete climate restoration services for existing structures with compromised moisture control, including retrofitting older buildings with modern commercial dehumidification units designed for underwater environments. Our team specializes in preserving historic architecture while ensuring structural integrity and comfort.
05Emergency Submerged Climate Response24/7 emergency service for urgent no-heat/no-cool situations affecting submerged or below-grade spaces. When a climate system fails in a waterfront building, our specialized team responds within 2 hours to restore proper humidity and temperature control using our portable submerged pressure-seal ducts and emergency coral-dehumidifier units.

Our story

Originally from a background working on large commercial and industrial projects across the Midwest, Peter Suzuki recognized the unique challenges of climate control in below-grade and waterfront spaces. After years of engineering systems for high-risk environments like tunnels and underground parking structures, Peter Suzuki founded Frontier Comfort Systems to focus exclusively on the specialized needs of buildings that must resist moisture, prevent mold, and maintain stable humidity — much like a city built beneath the ocean surface.
